The SSCR Annual Lecture will be delivered by high-profile speaker Michael Hamell, Head of the Unit for Agriculture, Forest and Soil at the Directorate General for Environment of the European Commission this May.

His talk will focus on climate change and the future of agriculture and farming.

The lecture will take place following the SSCR 2012 AGM at the James Hutton Institute Dundee site at 2pm in the New Seminar Room on Wednesday 23 May.
